Dan Pollack has 15+ years of legal experience in key in-house counsel roles and at leading law firms in Canada and the United States. Dan recently joined Toronto-based boutique firm Dipchand LLP, where he works with creative and start-up clients by providing strategic advice in IP, licensing, new media and entertainment law. In addition, Dan regularly advises his clients on legal issues relating to marketing, social media, contracts, litigation, privacy and general corporate law. Through his extensive experience, Dan has developed a deep understanding of the complex legal issues that confront creatives and start-ups.
