An award winning journalist, Cormac’s writing has focused on music, tech, media and business. Now, as a recent graduate of Ryerson’s Journalism School, he’s moving from reporting on the action to being in the middle of innovation in music and media as a coordinator in the Transmedia Zone and Music Den. During his time at Ryerson, Cormac founded the Ryerson Communication and Design Society — North America’s first student led and funded society in a creative faculty. He also served on Ryerson’s Board of Governors — the school’s highest decision making body. He moonlights as a DJ and hip hop producer.
